Embody Eros Meditation Day Retreat
At the heart of this gathering is an ancient force often misunderstood: Eros.
Eros is not romance.   
Eros is not fantasy.
Eros is the living current that moves us toward connection, sensation, and aliveness. It is the force that draws us back into the body, back into feeling, back into relationship with life itself.
When the nervous system has learned to brace, adapt, or shut down, Eros doesn’t disappear, it goes quiet. Over time, love becomes something we search for outside ourselves, forgetting that our capacity to feel love begins within the body. In sensation. In breath. In presence.
This journey is an invitation to remember.
Not by effort or self-improvement, but by creating the conditions where the body feels safe enough to soften. Where the armor around the heart can gently loosen. Where love is no longer an idea, but a lived, embodied experience.
We are not searching for love.
We are remembering that we already are it.
This half-day immersive retreat weaves together sound, breath, music, somatic awareness, nature, and community to support nervous system regulation, emotional opening, and deep integration.
Healing unfolds here not in isolation, but in shared presence because our nervous systems are relational, and love is something we learn to feel together.
Why This Journey
The patterns we carry around self love are formed through lived experience, shaped by early relationship, culture, and the nervous system’s need to stay safe.
Over time, these patterns become beliefs that quietly organize how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to love itself. We may come to believe we have to earn love, protect ourselves from it, search for it outside ourselves, or hold it at a distance.
These beliefs are not conscious choices. They are adaptive responses the body learned over time.
This journey is an invitation to meet these belief patterns in the body, not to analyze or change them, but to feel them with enough safety and presence that they can soften.
Through sound and music that bypass the thinking mind, breath that opens sensation and awareness, and a gentle microdose of the medicine that supports softening and openness, the deeper current of Eros is invited back online. Held within community that offers reflection and witnessing, this remembering unfolds not as overwhelm or intensity, but as a grounded, embodied sense of connection.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It is about remembering the love that has always lived beneath the patterns.
