Course Details:

Join Sequoyah Rose (Melissa) Certified Hellerwork Practitioner, Lead Instructor and Registered Somatic Counsellor and Brett Holland Certified Advanced Rolfer for a comprehensive 4-day  in-person immersion designed for those who are curious about the body’s deeper systems.

Together, we will explore fascia, functional anatomy, somatic awareness, integrative therapy, and the profound interconnections that weave the body into wholeness.

This experiential workshop blends anatomy education with hands-on practice, movement exploration, and somatic inquiry.

Whether you are a bodyworker, yoga practitioner, counsellor, or simply a curious mover and lover of the body, this course offers a grounded introduction to fascia and the nervous system as gateways into embodied awareness.

Course Overview

This four-day, in-person immersion is an introduction to the foundations of Structural Integration, fascial anatomy, tensegrity, somatic awareness, and working with the nervous system.

Offered over two consecutive weekends, this course is designed for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of how the body organizes itself, how patterns are held in fascia and the nervous system, and how skilled, attuned touch can support meaningful change.

Through hands-on practice, movement, observation, and inquiry, participants will learn to see the body as a whole, listen to tissue with their hands, and work with clients and themselves in a way that is grounded, respectful, and deeply relational.
